- Prepare the dough by mixing all ingredients with half a cup of water. Leave for proofing in a greased dish, covered with cling film. Punch after an hour and cover for another half till it doubles. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Saute the onions. Add condiments, cream cheese and basil. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out two discs of same size.
